职业体育联赛赛事的质量特征及质量控制

Abstract: Based on theories about service products and enterprises, the authors analyzed the quality characteristics and quality control of game service products of professional sports tournaments. Through their study the authors drew the following conclusions: essentially the quality of game service products is closely related to the characteris-tics of the game process and the games themselves; the quality control of game service products is carried out ac-cording to the characteristics of consumer need and professional sports tournaments, via the design of game service products and the jobs done in quantity control, organization and improvement; their quality control is carried out via a series of measures before games service product supply, but not implemented during service supply. The quality evaluation of game service products is carried out based on the standard to maintain a balance of sports competition between the members; the more balanced the competition, the higher the quality of game service products.Key words: sport economics；professional sports tournament；game quality control
